Pantry Herbs and How You Can Use Them to Bring Good Energy

Pantry plants can be used to relieve stress, attract positive and drive away harmful energy, tame insomnia, or just prepare a refreshing drink! In this article, we will elaborate on the herbs that are present in almost every household.

1- Rosemary

Use if you’re surrounded by bad energy or distracted during study hours. All you need to do is add some rosemary to your bed sheets as you wash them and to your candle before you burn it.

2- Cinnamon

Use in spells of luck, love, healing, and protection. Tie a bundle and hang it in front of your room to shield your home from negative energies, or smudge on money and put it in your wallet to bring money. (This ritual must be performed on a Thursday. In fact, anything related to money needs to happen on a Thursday and during a waxing moon phase.)

3- Sage (Maryameya)

Use to drive away bad spirits (used often in churches) and to attract air signs. Tie a bundle of sage with a thread, just like with cinnamon, and burn it in a specified place.

4- Mint

Use to heal and stimulate good dreams.

Boil it in some water and then rinse your head or drink the mixture - this helps stimulate good dreams and relax you before you sleep.

5- Chamomile

Use to soothe your nerves and enhance your intuition. Drink or add some of Chamomile to your bath.

6- Lavender

Use to attract air signs, wash your laundry, add to cakes, help with insomnia, or stimulate good dreams.

These aren’t foolproof ways to get what you want. There are practices you should do to increase the likelihood of getting your desire, such as meditation, manifestation, and consistency. Most importantly, you need to be patient and go about your life, and everything will fall into place when it should.
